I anticipated a bit more using this shower head. To begin with there have been no washer sections but luckily we had some spares, so not likely a giant point. I purchased this Sept. 2011 and these days, Feb. 2, 2012 the hose broke off After i experienced the location on off when showering.The hand shower worked very well for only 3 months prior to
